Extruder motor doesn’t work

When the temperature of extruder reach above 210 degrees Celsius, the extruder motor can work;

When print the fifth layer, the turbo fan can work, as the setting of Cura image, pls check, thank you.

Extruder motor not work:

1. Firstly, pls check the motor cable, the possible reason is the cable broken.

2. If the cable is ok, pls change the motor cable (do not spin) to one of normal motor (spin normally), to check anything change:

if not spin, the motor broken, the replacement would be sent to you soon.

If spin, the motor port on the mainboard is broken, we would send the correct firmware to change motor port to the spare port.
