HICTOP Flexible Steel Platform with PEI Sheet Surface and Magnetic bottom sheet with Adhesive for 3D printers

Description:

1 The HICTOP PEI sheet is combined with 2 parts, a flexible steel platform coated with PEI surface and a magnetic bottom sheet with 3M 9448A adhesive on the back. The PEI comes pre-applied.  

2 The HICTOP PEI sheet is very easy to use, simply stick the magnetic bottom sheet onto your heated bed, then place the steel platform with PEI surface on the top. The maximum temperature for printing is 120℃ on the bed.

3 Excellent adhesion can be achieved when the temperature of the heated bed is about 60℃, you can print directly on the HICTOP PEI sheet without using any glue or other tools to help the model stick onto the sheet. You do not need to worry about the prints curling at a 60℃ bed temperature. And if you want to print PETG you may need to set the hotbed 80-85 ℃.

4 Prints come off the surface easily when the temperature of the heated bed reaches room temperature. If the print is still stuck, gentle flexing of the plate will help remove it.

There are different sizes for them:

220x220mm（8.668.66inch) it is applicable with Anet A8 Wanhao Duplicator i3 Monoprice Maker and other same size printers.

235*235mm（9.25*9.25inch）it is applicable with Creality 3D printers such as Ender-3 Pro, Ender-3 V2，Ender-3, Ender-3S, Ender-3X, Ender-5, Ender-5 Pro，CR-20, CR-20 Pro and other same size printers.  Please notice that the hotbed sizes for them are 235*235mm but not 220*220mm.

310x310mm（12.2x12.2inch) it is applicable with Creality CR-10, CR-10S, and other same-size printers.

310x320mm（12.2x12.2inch) it is applicable with Creality CR-10S Pro v2, ender 3 max, and other same size printers.

The red color ends some of the fumblings by feel to locate them, the wheels are nice too, the knurling is nice and grippy and it's pretty easy to turn them too

The springs are a bit longer than the one on the printer, which gave you some more adjustment range for leveling. The increased tension means less slop when adjusting. The longer springs mean you will have to manually adjust your zstop so that your nozzle doesn't crash into your bed and potentially ruin both

Everything feels tighter and less wobbly. You do not need to re-leveling near as often.
